Flagstone Homes was founded by partners Daniel Fairburn and Dean Pooley. They were driven by a desire to provide a lifestyle-first approach to building houses. After all, each house becomes a much-loved home for the people that live in it.
Everybody’s ideal lifestyle is different: something that Daniel and Dean consider with each new development. From luxury apartments in the central London neighbourhood of Elephant & Castle to farmhouse-inspired houses in a secluded countryside hamlet in Kent: Wherever the surroundings, you will be greeted with a stylish and urban space each time you step inside a Flagstone home.
Combining their experience of making houses look great on the outside (Dean) and on the inside (Daniel), Flagstone put together a team of experts in both build and design to provide the depth of knowledge and experience to help fulfil their vision. Flagstone currently has a number of developments in the pipeline, with Woodville the first to become available. All Flagstone properties are designed to comply with the highest sustainability standards, throughout the building period through to everyday home life.

Our approach
We believe homes must reflect their surroundings. They must be in character with the local area. This is our first principle when it comes to exteriors. The second is space – ensuring that homes have space to take advantage of these environments.
